Campaign Overview
Goal: Stop expansion of the 401 and 500 data centers in Woodbury and defend against industrial development threatening our residential community.
Key Issues: Tax exemptions for equipment ($300-500M exempt), water supply impacts during drought, noise & air quality violations, inadequate zoning enforcement, traffic/infrastructure burden.
Status: Active opposition to ongoing expansion proposals. City council considering permits for additional capacity.
Facility Locations - Satellite Map
The two IronGate facilities occupy adjacent lots on Bielenberg Drive. 500 Bielenberg is actively expanding—adding 24 MW to the existing 10 MW—during a drought warning.
